Dr. Mark Lipp, PHD
Dr. Mark E. Lipp is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, best-selling author, and community advocate with more than four decades of experience in advanced manufacturing, organizational leadership, and strategic development. A husband and proud father of five, he brings a grounded, family-centered perspective to both his professional work and his commitment to community service.
Dr. Lipp is the founder of Mainline Equipment, Inc., which he built into a leading manufacturer of fiber optic equipment serving the broadband industry. Over a 35-year career, he contributed to the expansion of telecommunications infrastructure, developing high-performance solutions that supported connectivity across the United States and beyond. He successfully sold the company in 2017.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, an MBA from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. in Business Ethics, reflecting his focus on ethical leadership and values-driven decision-making. He also completed advanced training in Strategic Intervention Coaching, strengthening his ability to guide individuals and organizations through complex challenges.
Dr. Lipp is the author of the best-selling book An Addict Within, exploring behavior, discipline, and personal transformation.
He has served in multiple leadership roles within his faith community, including 17 years on the board of Temple Beth Zion-Sinai, where he served as President. He also served on the boards of Temple Beth Shalom and Temple Ahavah, and spent five years on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries, supporting workforce development and community initiatives.
