Eliana Radparvar is a communications and design professional with over seven years of experience in the nonprofit world, including work with the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and the Jewish Federations of North America. She began her career in advertising in account management and client service before transitioning into mission-driven nonprofit work. Her background spans branding, communications, and community-focused initiatives, along with hands-on experience in synagogue administration, where she has overseen day-to-day operations, supported organizational planning, and strengthened donor and community relationships. Eliana moved to Las Vegas with her family four years ago and is grateful to be part of and contribute to the local Jewish community. At Magen David West, Eliana is passionate about helping build a thoughtful and sustainable foundation, one where people feel a genuine sense of belonging, connection, and shared responsibility.
