Avi Raskas is Chief Performance & Growth Officer and Partner at Dataworks eCommerce Agency, where he leads performance marketing and data-driven growth strategy for eCommerce brands in the U.S. and Israel. He specializes in identifying the key drivers of business performance and scaling growth through analytics, testing, and continuous optimization. Previously, he launched and managed a business in Israel at age 22, gaining early entrepreneurial and operational experience.

Avi is an experienced eCommerce marketer with a strong track record of growing brands and leading teams. He holds an MBA in Business with expertise in performance marketing, analytics, market research, and strategy.

He was salutatorian of his high school class, graduated Magna Cum Laude in college, and received Touro College’s Lander College Scholars award. He studied at Talmudical Academy of Baltimore, Kerem B’Yavneh in Israel, and Lander College for Men. He grew up leining and serving as gabbai in youth minyan. Passionate about sports, he served as assistant coach for Israel’s men’s national flag football team and coaches his daughters’ soccer team. He moved to Las Vegas in 2024 and as a founding member of Magen David West, he is committed to building a kehilla rooted in Torah, responsibility, and care for one another.
